Can I schedule a ride to ANR Robinson Airport in advance?

Yes! Use the "Schedule Ride" feature in the app. You can book an airport transfer up to 7 days in advance. A driver will confirm your request, and you will receive a notification when they are en route on the day of your flight.

What happens if I leave an item in the car?

Because every ride is digitally logged, finding lost items is easy. Open your trip history in the app and select "Report a Lost Item" to securely connect with your driver. If you cannot reach them, our 24/7 central dispatch team will step in to assist.

How and when do I get paid?

MoveFast TT deposits earnings daily into your linked PayWise digital wallet or designated bank account. You keep 80% of the fare, and the transparent earnings tracker in your driver app shows exactly what you’ve made after every trip.

Does my car have to be brand new to drive?

No. We operate on a "Condition-First" policy. We prioritize safe, well-maintained vehicles over arbitrary age limits. Your car must have 4 doors, working A/C, and pass our visual safety inspection.

Is there support available while I am on the road?

Yes. The driver app includes a direct line to our localized Dispatch Command Center in Canaan. For live trip issues, you can use in-app chat, and for emergencies, our dedicated SOS button provides an immediate voice connection to our team.
